I’m a trauma therapist and Clinical Divorce Specialist offering evening telehealth for teens and adults navigating PTSD, complex trauma, and relationship abuse. I welcome veterans, first responders—including 911 operators—pilots, aviation professionals, and BIPOC clients, including Black boys and men.
I work with teens and adults navigating trauma/PTSD, complex trauma, narcissistic or relationship abuse, anxiety, and life changes. I welcome veterans, service members, first responders—including 911 operators—pilots and aviation professionals, and BIPOC clients, including Black boys and men. Online evening sessions can fit after work and once family routines settle. We’ll work together toward safety, clarity, and connection. I don’t look at you and wonder, “What’s wrong with you?” I wonder, “What happened to you—and what helped you survive?” Your experiences may shape how you see yourself and move through the world, but trauma does not define who you are. You are more than what has happened to you. I believe therapy can help you understand your story with compassion, recognize your strengths, and make room for healing and possibility. I strive to honor your culture, identities, values, and lived experience in a welcoming, collaborative, nonjudgmental space.
