I'm a therapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, family conflicts, and mood disorders. My approach is grounded in helping people build healthier communication, process difficult emotions, and work through attachment and relationship patterns.
I specialize in supporting those dealing with post-traumatic stress, abandonment concerns, and codependency. I also work with clients facing life transitions—including midlife changes, young adult challenges, and military or first responder experiences. Additionally, I support individuals working through sexual trauma, domestic violence recovery, infidelity, commitment issues, and alternative relationship structures.
My practice welcomes clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. I'm committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace, whether that involves financial stress, family-of-origin work, personality patterns, or personal growth.
