About me
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to process emotions and traumatic experiences. I consider all aspects of an individual and implement a bio-psycho-social-spiritual, culturally-sensitive and client-centered approach with individuals, couples, families and groups.
Angeline uses various research-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Family Systems. She has worked with individuals, couples, families, teens and facilitated many groups and has completed Domestic Violence 52-week facilitator training.
Angeline is born and raised in San Diego. She grew up in a small town and on a ranch. She attended Cal State San Marcos, earned her BA in Human Development concentration in Children Services and graduated in 2017. She earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and graduated in 2019. She worked in Hospice for almost two years. In addition to that, she was working with addiction and mental health in a residential treatment center for substance abuse and recently completing her Alcohol and Drug certification from Palomar College. Angeline is now working for a non-profit with elementary and middle school children.
