I am a licensed mental health counselor in both Maryland and Florida using the telehealth platform to connect with clients between the ages of 9-65 to cope and manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, depression, anger, and any other challenges or stressors they may be facing from day-to-day.

I have worked with individuals of all ages in the community, school, and homes to provide therapeutic services and support for over 20 years. I completed my practicum and internship experiences, working with women struggling with addiction and recovery in a residential treatment facility for three years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples in Maryland and Florida. My therapeutic approach is based on your individual needs and is considered eclectic, and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential, Reality Therapy or a Person-Centered approach. I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy treatment approach for couples. I have recently completed certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My primary objective is to provide support and guidance in you regaining your power and motivation to progress and find stability in your day-to-day life through mindfulness, building on your strengths, and restructuring the way you think about your healing processes.
