I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other difficult experiences.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each client. I integrate evidence- based approached including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focussed Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in helping clients explore and work through feelings of isolation, shame, guilt, and abandonment. I'm experienced in supporting those facing social anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress, and attachment concerns.

As a bilingual English- and Spanish- speaking therapist, I also value cultural responsive care and understand the importance of considering each clients cultural background, identity, family experiences, and values throughout the therapeutic process. I'm here to meet you where you are.
