I am a creativity-minded therapist offering EMDR therapy, NeuroGraphica coaching, and faith-based counseling.

I have been a counselor for 18 years and am happy to be adding NeuroGraphica coaching as a new option in my practice. While EMDR therapy rewires neurons for resolving past issues, NeuroGraphic coaching helps enhance neural networks toward future wellbeing and success. I enjoy and appreciate both techniques because they go beyond talking and into kinesthetic experiencing.
I work primarily with individual clients, using my family therapy background to help people identify relationship patterns and set better boundaries with others in order to build trust.
I particularly enjoy working collaboratively with people who are creative, entrepreneurial, and artistic.

Christianity is my personal foundation. Spiritual development and application does not have to be part of the work, but I am happy to incorporate that for clients seeking to heal and/or grow in their relationship with Jesus.

I am also available as a facilitator for groups or teams wishing to engage in NeuroGraphica for team-building and find creative solutions to projects and problems.
