About me
I am a neurodivergent and queer therapist who offers affirming, trauma-informed support for children, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, blending clinical experience, lived ADHD insight, and a bit of humor to create therapy that feels human and accessible.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania who works with adults, children, and teens navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, depression, identity exploration, grief, relationships, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has spent a long time feeling misunderstood or pressured to hide parts of themselves.
As a queer and neurodivergent therapist with lived experience of ADHD, I understand firsthand that some brains work differently, and that different does not mean broken. My years working in behavioral health with autistic children and their families have also shaped the way I approach therapy. I view neurodivergence as something to understand and support rather than something to pathologize or "fix."
My style is warm, direct, creative, and collaborative. Therapy with me can be serious when needed, but there is also room for humor, curiosity, and genuine conversation. I aim to create a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and talk openly without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client. I draw from emotion-focused, strength-based, person-centered, play, and Adlerian therapy, while incorporating strategies from DBT, REBT, and solution-focused work. In practice, this might look like exploring emotions, understanding patterns, building coping skills, processing trauma, and strengthening your ability to advocate for yourself.
I also offer weekly therapeutic Dungeons & Dragons gaming groups, where participants can build social skills, confidence, and connection through storytelling and creativity.
You do not need to have the right words, a perfect plan, or everything neatly organized before starting therapy. Whether life feels messy, overwhelming, or confusing right now, I am here to help you make sense of it and move forward at your own pace.
When you are ready, I would be honored to work with you.
