I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals navigating life’s challenges, with a strong commitment to supporting women and the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you don’t have to filter yourself—where you can show up exactly as you are.
I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens and integrate inner child work and parts-based approaches to help you better understand yourself and begin to heal from the inside out. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves, and together we work to gently unpack those experiences and build more supportive ways of coping.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and provide affirming care where your identity is respected, valued, and understood. You won’t have to explain or justify who you are here.
