About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor committed to supporting individuals through mental health and addiction challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
Hi, I’m Angela—a licensed therapist who helps adults work through anxiety, trauma, addiction, and big life transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I offer a warm, supportive space where we can talk honestly about what’s going on and what you want to change. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, codependency, burnout, recovery, or just trying to feel more in control of your emotions, we’ll work together to help you feel better and move forward.
My style is laid-back, caring, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who truly sees you and is in your corner. I offer virtual sessions and work with adults all across Colorado.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to connect.
