I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with over 20 years of experience spanning counseling, behavioral health, education, and personal and professional development. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem and confidence concerns, career difficulties, and life transitions. My background in clinical counseling, higher education, and professional coaching brings a unique perspective to understanding the complexities of life, work, relationships, and personal well-being.

My therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, intuitive, and collaborative. I believe we all have strengths and the capacity to create meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. My approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and future-oriented, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Reality Therapy. I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
