About me
I help individuals and couples build deeper emotional connection, healthier communication, and more fulfilling relationships.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with individuals and couples who are trying to manage the demands of work, family, and relationships while feeling more connected and fulfilled in their intimate lives.
In our work together, I focus on building communication skills rooted in consent, emotional safety, and mutual understanding. Many clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, unsure how to talk about desire, or carrying the impact of past relationship experiences. I help clients slow down, make sense of these patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Clients seek therapy for a range of concerns, including decreased intimacy in long-term relationships, feeling emotionally distant despite external success, healing from past wounds, or wanting a deeper sense of closeness and satisfaction. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being honest and fully themselves.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I view intimacy as more than sexual connection—it’s also about trust, communication, and feeling understood. Together, we work to clarify what intimacy means to you and develop practical, sustainable ways to strengthen it in your life and relationships.
My aim is to help clients identify underlying patterns and dynamics affecting their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, tailoring therapeutic techniques (CBT, EFT, DBT, SFT, and Psychodynamic), to individual needs. While creating a safe and empathetic space, I encourage clients to explore their inner experiences, foster personal development, and relational well-being.
Reaching out for therapy can be a daunting step. It’s natural to feel uncertain. My approach is built on empathy, respect, and confidentiality. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Therapy is not about judgment or finding faults; it's about discovering pathways to growth and healing.
