I employ multiple interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Equine Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices including meditation and yoga movements.

My empowerment strategies draw from several theories of psychology to examine the root causes of undesired behaviors or promoting new behaviors. My clients are viewed from a holistic perspective in order to promote insight and connections on the path to self-fulfillment.

In my spare time, I am a mother, a cancer warrior, and a successful entrepreneur who also teaches a little yoga to young and old. In my free time, I can be found out skating with my daughter, snowboarding with my husband, and giving snuggles to my two dogs: Quincy the Dorgi and Kota the Corgi. I might even have a collection/obsession with Baby Yoda.
