About me
I care deeply about people and have spent over 20 years helping clients explore life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. My work is centered on meaning, purpose, and the existential questions that shape how we live and connect.
I began my career in the music industry as a publicist before following my true calling into the field of counseling. After completing graduate school at The Seattle School in Washington, I moved into private practice—and I’ve now been doing therapy for over 20 years.
In my Nashville-based practice, I work with individuals and couples, and I also provide supervision for counselors. I love what I do. I laugh with my clients, hold space for life’s hardest moments, and try to find that balance between taking life seriously—and not too seriously.
My approach is flexible and personalized. Depending on the client and their needs, I integrate behavioral therapies, EMDR, narrative-driven work, and meditation. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, relational struggles, stress-related challenges, depression, and behavior impairments such as OCD, habitual lying, shoplifting, or impulsive patterns—to name a few. Above all, I strive to create a safe and authentic space where clients can heal, grow, and discover new ways of living with clarity and connection.
