About me
Hi and welcome. This is a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward healing, building your self-worth, and reconnecting with the truest version of yourself. If you’ve been carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or struggling with identity challenges shaped by discrimination, cultural expectations, or systemic barriers you’re not alone. My hope is for you to feel seen, heard, and empowered not just to get through life, but to live it with confidence, joy, authenticity, and self-compassion. I’m here with you every step of the way.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. I draw from a range of evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. I bring a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural humility into my work.
I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy, & it takes real courage to take that 1st step. I want you to know that you’re not alone, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside you in this journey. This is your space. I’ll meet you with warmth, honesty, and support every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you. Please don't hesitate to reach out
