About me

I am a trauma-informed therapist committed to helping children, adolescents, women, and families heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Through compassionate, culturally responsive care rooted in evidence-based and holistic practices, I support clients in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful change.

I am a compassionate, trauma-informed clinician and wellness professional who believes healing happens in relationships. Through my practice, Kindred Counseling & Consulting, I provide a safe, affirming space where children, adolescents, women, and families can feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially during difficult or transitional seasons of life.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT, while also honoring the whole person through mindfulness, creative expression, movement, and culturally responsive care. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to meet each client where they are, with patience, warmth, and respect.
What I offer is more than therapy. I provide non-punitive, collaborative support that helps clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, develop healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their inner resilience. Whether I am supporting a child navigating big emotions, a teen finding their voice, a woman reclaiming her sense of self, or a family working toward healing together, my approach is grounded, relational, and deeply human.
At Kindred Counseling & Consulting, you are not rushed, judged, or reduced to a diagnosis. You are welcomed as a whole person—and reminded that healing, growth, and care are possible.
