About me
I'm a licensed psychologist with nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals through challenging transitions. My work centers on helping people navigate stress, anxiety, grief, and the profound shifts that come with major life changes.
Throughout my career, I've developed expertise in helping clients reconnect with self-love, discover life purpose, find their voice, and build resilience through difficult circumstances. I work with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, caregiver stress, chronic illness, midlife transitions, and women's issues. I'm also attuned to compassion fatigue—the emotional toll that comes from caring deeply for others.
My approach is grounded in warmth, genuine care, and a deep respect for your unique journey. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported without judgment. Whether you're processing grief, rebuilding self-esteem, seeking greater purpose, or finding meaning during a life transition, I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and skill.
My approach incorporates mindfulness, trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
I'm honored to support you as you move toward greater peace and purpose.
