About me
I am a licensed counsellor with over 16 years of professional experience supporting people through work and life challenges. Alongside my clinical work, I have held senior leadership roles, which has given me a strong understanding of the pressures that come with responsibility, decision-making, and caring for others while trying to stay well yourself. I am particularly aware of how stress, conflict, and burnout can quietly build when people are carrying a lot at work and at home.
I work with individuals experiencing relationship and family difficulties, grief and loss, parenting concerns, confidence and self-esteem issues, and periods of change or transition. Clients often describe me as calm, practical, and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and not judged, even when conversations are difficult or sensitive.
My approach is collaborative and tailored. I take time to understand what matters to you, the context you are working and living in, and what you would like to be different. Together, we focus on practical strategies as well as reflection and insight, helping you build confidence, clarity, and sustainable ways forward that fit both your personal life and work environment.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to being the one others rely on. Whether you are seeking short-term support through your EAP or navigating a specific challenge, I am here to support you with care, respect, and understanding.
