About me
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who helps children and adults suffering from ADHD, mood disturbances, depression anxiety and substance use disorder.
I am a big proponent of developing healthy mental health habits from early childhood through adulthood. I like to support individuals and families in attaining their most authentic self especially if they have suffered from childhood trauma. Parents may get stuck on how to help their child with ADHD or a mood disturbance which requires both individual and family interventions. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I can provide both psychotherapy and med management in one place without having to have multiple providers for mental health disorders. If you are someone, suffering from an addiction or substance use disorder, Thalia Medical Center, where I work can also help with psychotherapy and detox and medical assisted therapies as well. Our practice offers a unique blend of services combining wholistic approaches with genetic testing, psychotherapy and med management so that a comprehensive care plan can be tailored to the individual.
