About me
Are you or your family experiencing difficulty communicating or navigating life transitions? Have recent events impacted you socially or emotionally? If you are feeling disconnected from yourself or from those closest to you, therapy can provide a supportive space to foster meaningful change. I work with military members, veterans, first responders, and their families to identify relational “stuck points” that interfere with connection and growth. Healthy communication is foundational to strong relationships. Together, we will explore negative interaction patterns and develop new cycles of secure, responsive attachment.
My clinical approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Structural Family Therapy to help couples and families strengthen emotional bonds and improve relational functioning. As a veteran, I bring personal insight into the unique stressors military families face, including PCS moves and other significant life transitions.
I am committed to helping families build resilience and cultivate secure attachments within their family system. I look forward to partnering with you to reshape emotional experiences and strengthen relational connections.
