About me
Hello and welcome. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California with 10 years of clinical experience. I have experience working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds and ages. My specialty is treating adults with depression, anxiety, substance use issues, painful relationship patterns, and challenging life transitions.
My approach to therapy is one of empathy and compassion for the difficulties that often leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I work to create a nonjudgmental and supportive environment in which to explore difficult emotions and self-defeating patterns of thought and behavior that may be preventing you from living a full and meaningful life.
I utilize mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral (CBT) therapeutic approaches with the goals of increasing self-awareness and enhancing emotional strength and flexibility. I am committed to providing a safe space for you to identify your values, build on your strengths, and move forward with your life in a meaningful direction.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support when life feels overwhelming and unmanageable. If you are ready to take the first step, I would be honored to support you through that process.
