About me
I am a compassionate counseling intern dedicated to helping individuals and families heal from anxiety, depression, and the complexities of attachment.
I believe the human journey is a constant process of evolution and growth, much like a butterfly’s transformation. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering space where you can move from a place of difficulty toward your next stage of personal growth. In our work together, I integrate Narrative Therapy to help you rewrite limiting stories and Family Systems to address the root of intergenerational patterns and trauma. To ensure our sessions meet your unique needs, I also incorporate Mindfulness for grounding and Music Therapy techniques as a creative tool for emotional expression. I find deep fulfillment in helping teens, adults, families, and couples navigate trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and complex relationship dynamics. I look forward to helping you identify and step into your own beautiful transformation. "If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be."-Maya Angelou.
