About me
My therapeutic approach combines my extensive experience working with a diverse population and establishing a solid, working relationship with my clients. My clients have told me that they enjoy my real sense of humor that helps them break down the walls they have up to protect themselves. This helps them work more effectively in the sessions to reach their goals.
I have 22 years of experience in the field and am an active, engaged therapist with my clients. I use humor and have strong working relationships with the people I see. I come from a background of helping people with issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, conflicts in marriage, out of control teens, and their families. I work with kids as young as 9 and specialize in working with teens and adults.
Life can get stressful at various times in our lives. We all need others to help lift us up and support us during the rough times. Sometimes it is too much to ask our loved ones to be there for us. I am here to help brainstorm with you to find solutions and come from a non judgmental point of view. Please contact me if you have any questions
