I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR is effective in decreasing anxiety & targeting negative/irrational thinking).

I am a cerified mindfulness informed practictioner (practicing mindfulness on a regular basis can help manage chronic pain, regulate the nervous system and improve sleep quality).

I offer expressive arts therapy for those who have a harder time talking about their emotions. Using creativity in session is one way to achieve emotional release.

I provide an accepting, compassionate & calming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your most personal thoughts, feelings, ideas & secrets without fear of judgement. I believe we each possess what is necessary to reach our full potential & that at times, we may need additional support to identify & learn to use those skills & strengths.
