About me
I am a bilingual English and Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps women break patterns, build emotional regulation, and show up differently in their lives.
Hola, I am a bilingual English and Spanish Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across community mental health, school based services, private practice, and correctional settings. I work with women who feel stuck in patterns they cannot fully explain, whether that shows up in relationships, self doubt, or feeling disconnected from themselves.
You may be high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of who you are underneath it all. My work focuses on helping you understand what is driving these patterns so you can begin to shift them in a real and practical way.
We take a direct and structured approach focused on real, lasting change. Together, we work to understand your patterns, how they developed, and how they show up in your daily life, especially in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This process is not just about gaining insight, but about learning how to respond differently in real time. We integrate tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution focused approaches, including identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, building emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, strengthening boundaries, and creating practical steps toward your goals. Sessions are active and goal oriented. We focus on building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing practical tools you can use outside of session. You will be supported, but also challenged to step outside of what feels familiar so you can begin to create change.
If you are ready to stop repeating the same patterns and start showing up differently in your life, this work can support you. You do not have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to start.
