About me

I work with teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or scattered, helping them gain clarity, build momentum, and move toward a more grounded, focused life.

Got it—you’ve got room, so let’s make this feel full, polished, and distinctly you without drifting into textbook mode. This version gives depth, credibility, and connection while still being readable.

About Me

Reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy. Most of the people I work with have already been trying to figure things out on their own for a while. They’re thoughtful, capable, and motivated—but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated that things aren’t clicking the way they should.

I work with teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and stress. That can show up as difficulty focusing, trouble following through, overthinking, burnout, or just feeling like your mind won’t slow down. On the outside, life may look fine. On the inside, it can feel like you’re constantly trying to keep up, second-guessing yourself, or running on empty.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with evidence-based strategies for ADHD and anxiety. That means we don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we focus on understanding how your mind works and building tools that actually help you move forward. Therapy with me isn’t about endless venting or overanalyzing every detail. It’s about gaining clarity, learning skills you can use outside the office, and creating momentum in the areas of your life that matter most.

A big part of my work involves helping clients step out of the constant mental loop of overthinking, self-criticism, and “I should have this figured out by now.” Together, we work on developing focus, improving follow-through, managing stress, and reconnecting with what matters most to you—your values, your relationships, and your sense of direction.

I also bring advanced training as an ADHD specialist, which means I’ve spent focused time studying how ADHD shows up across different stages of life—from school and early adulthood to career, relationships, and family life. This includes training in assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the role of medication, along with practical strategies for managing ADHD in everyday settings like work, school, and home. Just as important, I have significant hands-on experience working directly with ADHD clients, helping them translate insight into real, sustainable change.

In addition to ADHD work, I have extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and the general sense of feeling stuck or off track. Many of the people I work with are balancing a lot—career demands, family responsibilities, expectations from others, and their own internal pressure to “get it right.” Therapy becomes a place to slow things down, sort through the noise, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

My style is straightforward, supportive, and engaged. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also challenge you when it’s helpful. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation—not overly clinical, not overly passive, but intentional and focused on helping you make meaningful progress.

I also respect that for many clients, faith and personal values play an important role in how they understand themselves and the direction they want to go. If that’s important to you, we can thoughtfully integrate those elements into our work in a way that feels authentic and helpful.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help you get unstuck, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, focused, and aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
