I have served in the mental health field for over a decade and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. Currently, I work with clients who experience a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, relationship problems, and trauma.

Embracing a holistic model, I am sensitive to clients' social and cultural influences while honoring their values. Further, I strive to encourage the pursuit of mental and physical health by fostering client awareness, empowerment, and the pursuit of a balanced lifestyle. I believe in partnering with clients to find creative ways to improve coping skills and increase their ability to prevent unhealthy cycles.
