About me
I work with men (adults and adolescents) who are figuring out how to show up in their personal and professional lives in ways that balance their skills, histories, and goals.
Data tells us that men are less likely to identify their needs, seek help, and talk to their friends about challenges. Popular culture implies that men don’t notice how their mood, anxieties and behaviors impact those around them. And yet, men report that it’s helpful to problem-solve, learn more about their struggles, consider how to activate their motivation, and understand frameworks for making meaningful changes. I believe therapy can achieve this.
As a former business leader, athletic coach, and family therapist, I support men who are thinking about patterns across all areas of their lives with strategies that will help them move forward. My focus is on developing specific goals and offering a flexible approach to achieving them.
