About me
I am credentialed in the UK as a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Counselling and 5 years of professional work experience as a therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, panic, low mood, lgbtq+ related issues, career difficulties and many other challenges. I also have experience working with people who are coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started!
