About me
Informed by two decades as an innovation consultant, business and life coach, I specialize in helping individuals address anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, weight loss, health challenges, family and relationship conflict. As a culturally sensitive Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I align with challenges faced by LGBTQ+, polyamorous and Latinx communities. Bilingual in Spanish, I enjoy working with Spanish-speaking clients. With over 12 years’ experience as a sex coach, I help women, men and couples to resolve obstacles to communication and intimacy.
In my practice, I employ Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Attachment Theory and, with couples, the Gottman approach. In addition, I apply a collaborative problem solving process (CPS) developed while working with Fortune 500 company innovators. Most recently, I have used CPS to help at-risk youth and families learn to communicate better and live more harmoniously.
