About me
I am an Associate Professional Counselor who is dedicated to caring for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, those who have experienced trauma, and navigating life transitions.
Meeting with clients throughout every phase of their lives is a deeply enriching process that requires a combination of empathy, adaptability, and expertise. My goal is to be a partner in supporting individuals as they navigate various life stages, from childhood through adolescence, adulthood, and into later years. My orientation is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and experiences that shape their mental health journey. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings while employing the use of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and other modalities. If you are navigating changes at any stage of life, don't hesitate to reach out for more information. I’m here to offer support, guidance, and a safe space to explore options for mental well-being. Whether you're looking for advice, resources, or simply someone to listen, I'm here to help every step of the way.
