I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, work and academic challenges, and emotional dysregulation. I have nearly 20 years of experience, am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I’m currently a PhD candidate & APA member.
