About me

I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, work and academic challenges, and emotional dysregulation. I have nearly 20 years of experience, am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I’m currently a PhD candidate & APA member.
An accurate assessment, combined with the right approach for each client, is key. I tailor sessions to individual needs, offering a supportive and collaborative space. I help clients identify patterns, build emotional insight, and develop tools to manage challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, I offer support and guidance in a space free of judgment. Se habla español.

With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I hold a BS and MS in Psychology from UBA and a MS in Psychology from Albizu University. I'm a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a current PhD candidate, committed to evidence-based, compassionate care.
Many clients seek therapy when feeling overwhelmed by stress, emotional pain, or life changes. After a thorough assessment, we set clear goals and develop a plan based on your needs. Therapy may include learning coping skills, shifting thought patterns, and strengthening relationships to promote lasting emotional balance and clarity.I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches depending on each client's needs. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused interventions, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and more. My work is grounded in a person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative process.
