About me
I'm a specialized trauma therapist who helps people reclaim a sense of empowerment, hope, connection and confidence in themselves.

I help adolescents and adults overcome trauma and insecurity, rebuild confidence in themselves, and navigate the world with a greater sense of ease, trust, and connection. I specialize in CPTSD, trauma, body acceptance, self-worth, emotional regulation, and grief integration.
I support clients in expanding their capacity to navigate the ups and downs of life, make sense of the difficult experiences they've endured, find more joy and acceptance, and free themselves of patterns that no longer serve them.
I'm a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and use an integration of EMDR, Somatics, mindfulness, and IFS (inner parts work) to help with mind-body connection and nervous system regulation.
