I’m a licensed art therapist and mental‑health counselor who views therapy as a partnership—you are the expert on yourself. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming, judgment‑free space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings with compassion and empathy. I have 14 years experience working with a variety of ages. Dual training in mental health Counseling and art therapy. I can help with the impact of trauma, attachment issues, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Through our therapeutic connection we build in session together will help the best version of you to flourish. Be proud to be you!
Together in sessions we’ll examine the areas where you feel stuck, deepen your mental‑health awareness, and develop a clearer personal understanding. This foundation helps you build healthier routines and cultivate greater self‑compassion. Adaptive coping is something any adult or child may at some point need support with. I believe clients experiences and responses to sessions are important; as is our building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I integrate different therapeutic approaches based on what you are needing. Therapy with me is a journey taken together.
