I’m a mental health counselor licensed in MA and ME, and a Registered Member of COSRT in the UK. In my virtual private practice I offer relationship-focused counseling to individuals and couples. My goal is to help clients gain insight, overcome obstacles, have a greater sense of self-determination, and experience more joy and fulfillment.

In my work, I strive for an approach that's warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, to create a safe and welcoming space in which you feel heard and understood. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, feelings, and habits that might be making you feel anxious or depressed, keeping you stuck, or affecting your relationships. We'll discover the origins of those influences, why they may no longer serve you, and how to move forward in a different and healthier way.

With 2 years of advanced postgraduate training in couples therapy, I specialize in working with relationships, as research shows that supportive relationships have a powerful effect on mental and even physical well-being. I work to help partners rebuild trust, improve communication, resolve attachment issues, and deepen mutual understanding and intimacy. I welcome clients of all gender identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including those exploring or practicing polyamory/non-monogamy.

I'm also a vetted provider with Backline, offering mental health care for bands and performing artists. With decades of prior experience in the music industry, I'm proud to be a supportive resource for this community.
