ANDREA FULLERTON, LCSW

I have over a decade of experience helping people navigate the transition to parenthood, as well as other major life transitions. Many clients come to be struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression and grief. We can work together to decrease your distress and increase your enjoyment of this exciting stage of life.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a certification in perinatal mental health. Prior to private practice, I worked in a variety of settings, including primary health care clinics, hospitals and schools. In these settings, I worked with individuals at all stages of the life cycle who were experiencing a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns, particularly anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, behavioral problems, relational problems, transition to parenthood and parenting. Therapeutically, I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, emphasizing mindfulness and self-compassion.

My goal for my practice is to simply support you - no matter where you are on your journey. Whatever you need, wherever you want to go, I am here to help you get there.
