About me
I love working with adolescents and adults facing eating disorders, trauma, and life changes.
We've all had our share of changes. I've been a practicing attorney, a full-time parent, and a sexual assault victim advocate. This varied journey led me to my passion for clinical social work. My treatment style is warm, compassionate, and strength-based. Do you feel as if your old ways of coping have become more harmful than helpful and are interfering with your daily life? You may want to make a change but are not sure where to begin. Together we will work to add healthy ways to help you cope. You will find your voice that maybe got lost along the way. You will begin to embrace this unique journey you are on. And you will discover that you are lovable, worthy, and enough exactly as you are.
