I'm an LCSW, LISW-CP practicing in Florida, South Carolina and Utah. I specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Phobias, life transitions (including college and midlife challenges) and adjustment issues, and trauma informed therapy, including EMDR.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and the challenges that can come with feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I also enjoy helping clients strengthen their self-esteem, navigate relationship challenges, build confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized because I believe that each person has a unique story, strengths, and goals. Together, we can explore patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and help you feel more confident in your ability to handle life’s challenges.
