About me
Hi, I’m Ana—a Latina, second-generation, trauma-informed therapist offering virtual therapy for adults in Colorado.
Hi, I’m Ana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Colorado.
I work with adults who are neurodivergent, BIPOC or mixed-race, adult children of immigrants, and individuals who may appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected inside. I’m especially drawn to supporting those who have felt unseen, othered, or misunderstood and are seeking a space where they can show up fully as themselves.
My approach is person-centered, integrative, and process-oriented. I focus on slowing down and addressing the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing rather than rushing toward quick fixes. From a bottom-up, somatic perspective, we work with your body and nervous system as a foundation for insight, healing, and lasting change. I draw from Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and somatic approaches such as the Hakomi Method.
I also prioritize a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens with attention to identity, culture, intersectionality, and context. Sessions are collaborative, relational, and paced with care. I bring warmth, authenticity, and compassion into the space—I’ll sit with you in difficult moments, invite humor when it fits, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel seen, safe, and empowered to show up fully as yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. You can come exactly as you are.
