Hi! I’m so glad you made it here. This odyssey is ultimately about you, but here is some information about me to help you decide if you’d like my support along the way. My name is Ana (with the Spanish pronunciation), but you can call me Rys (pronounced like the peanut butter cup). I graduated from Villanova University where I got my BA in Psychology and later my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Therapeutic Game Master.

Throughout my clinical experience, I have helped clients navigate various concerns and and co-occurring issues, primarily addiction and trauma.

Having worked with diverse clients with varying backgrounds and experiences, I believe that every client is unique and that you are ultimately the expert on yourself, which is something I will try to incorporate in my work with you. I bring non-judgmental warmth to each session and strive to provide a caring atmosphere where my clients can feel safe.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, watching tv/movies, and playing D&D, all while cozying up with a comfy blanket and a nice, hot cup of tea.
