Ana Hinshaw, LCSW
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.

Have you been feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Are you having trouble sleeping, experiencing headaches, or feeling generally rundown? Do you have low self-worth? Do you question your competence as a professional, a romantic partner, and/or a caregiver? Are you experiencing burnout at work, home, or across other life areas?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, I invite you to explore how therapy might help! I believe in living a life that matches one's values and what is important to them. When I meet with clients, I ask about what issues are going on in their lives and how I can support them as therapist. My hope for you as we work together is that we identify your goals, actively work towards achieving them, and help you to feel happier and less stressed in the process.
If this sounds like it's worth exploring, please reach out! I'd love to hear from you. 🙂
