About me
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck? I help adults who are ready to release stress, build healthy boundaries and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're facing burnout, life transitions or simply feeling disconnected, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s complexities, with a focus on culturally responsive care. I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic, honoring the connection between mind, body, and emotional well-being. I integrate a variety of modalities, including Parts and Memory Therapy and Hypnosis, to help clients process past experiences and foster meaningful, lasting change. I also utilize Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide practical tools for everyday healing and growth.
While I have a special interest in women’s health, I’m passionate about serving diverse communities and creating a safe, affirming space for individuals from all backgrounds. I believe in the importance of cultural humility and am dedicated to reducing stigma and making therapy more accessible and inclusive. My goal is to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
