About me
Hello and welcome. My name is Amy, and I am a Florida and Maine Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adults. My practice is dedicated to providing quality counseling services. I believe in the healing nature of connection, so I bring my authentic self into my work with clients. I have had the privilege to serve my community for over 13 years, working with individuals presenting with a variety of concerns and in a variety of settings. I am tremendously grateful to be invited into my clients' lives, to learn and understand their lived experiences, and walk beside them as they journey toward their goal. I provide mental health counseling in Florida and Maine. In Florida I offer both in person and virtual counseling sessions, and in Maine virtual is offered. EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Gottman Method are my primary modes of treatment.
