About me
Hello and welcome. My name is Amy, and I am licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Maine and North Carolina and a Florida Qualified Supervisor. My practice is dedicated to providing quality counseling services to individual adults and couples. I believe in the healing nature of connection, so I bring my authentic self and lived experience into my work with clients. I have had the privilege to serve my community for over 14 years, working with individuals presenting with a variety of concerns and in a variety of settings. I am tremendously grateful to be invited into my clients' lives, to witness and understand their lived experiences, and walk beside them as they journey toward their goal. I provide mental health counseling in Florida, Maine and North Carolina and supervision to registered interns in Florida. In Florida I offer both in person and virtual counseling sessions, and virtual sessions in Maine and North Carolina. EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Gottman Method are my primary modes of treatment.
