About me
I am a clinical social worker licensed in MA, NH, MN and ME. I have decades of experience helping people overcome anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I treat individuals and couples, supporting them as they resolve problems and conflicts, and find meaning and joy in their lives.
My practice incorporates a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and concepts of Internal Family Systems. I value the relationship with my clients above and beyond all else, as see the therapeutic relationship as a key to any successful therapy. I invite clients to bring their full selves to the work, so that we can focus on any and all problems they are confronting in their lives. I am queer identified, and am affirming of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationships.
