I’m Amy! A Masters level clinical therapist who specializes in working with young adults who are ready to do deep, meaningful inner work. I am LBGTQ+ affirming, non-judgmental, and semi-hip. You get sucked into self help videos on Tik-Tok looking for a solution and find yourself more sad, more alone, and feeling empty after hours of scrolling. Together we can face the past head on. I guide clients to work through past hurt and do the work to heal. My clients finish therapy confident, emotionally healthy, and free to move forward into a hopeful future.

I have received specialized training in EMDR therapy and am passionate about helping clients find healing through their own inner wisdom and self love.
