About Me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who helps individuals navigate life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure how to move forward, and are looking for a space where they can feel understood and supported.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while also building practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. I use trauma-informed, attachment-based, and strengths-based approaches to support meaningful change.
I aim to create a space that feels safe and honest, where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
