About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping teens and adults cope with depression, self-harm, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health problems. I provide individual therapy as well as testing (ADHD, diagnostic, & comprehensive).
I love to help families and individuals understand and improve their mental health. I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults to diagnose ADHD, learning disorders, executive functioning or information processing problems, anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and PTSD. Particular focus areas include diagnosing ADHD, learning disorders, executive/cognitive processing deficits, and mood and anxiety disorders; differential diagnosis of neurodiversity (ADHD, LDs, giftedness) and psychological conditions (depression, bipolar, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD among others); and individual therapy for teens and adults (12+) with complex diagnoses including depression, suicidality, self-harm, trauma, recent hospitalizations, or multiple diagnoses.
My style is warm, matter-of-fact, grounded in evidence-based practices, and always personalized to your needs. I offer CBT, DBT-informed therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction, as well as take a positive psychology, solution-focused, and strengths-based approach to care.
