About me

You may understand why you feel anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed and still find that your mind and body just don’t seem to get the message that it’s safe to relax. Sometimes insight alone isn’t enough. That’s where our work can go deeper by accessing the subconscious mind. When appropriate and if you’re interested, hypnotherapy can be used as a therapeutic tool to support relaxation, shift deeply held patterns and beliefs, and reinforce the changes you’re working toward.

I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, overwhelm, or ongoing physical symptoms. My approach focuses on the connection between the mind and body, nervous system regulation, and understanding how our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and learned patterns can influence the way we feel both emotionally and physically.

We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, but we may also work beyond traditional talk therapy. I integrate brain-rewiring strategies, somatic and body-based techniques, sound bowl integration, guided imagery, EFT/tapping and other tools designed to help create a greater sense of calm and safety in the mind and body.

For clients dealing with persistent physical symptoms, I understand how exhausting it can be when emotional and physical stress begin to feed into one another. Our work together can integrate my 6-session Release & Rewire program to help people who are dealing with anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, or overwhelm by helping you reduce fear around symptoms, manage stress more effectively, and create habits and thought patterns that support your overall well-being.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist. I have additional experience incorporating mind-body and energy-based approaches into my work. I've spent 21 years in mental health and after healing my own chronic illnesses and anxiety, I now help people like you get out of the survival mode. My goal is to help you feel more calm, capable, and connected to yourself.

I love dance workouts, going for walks, food in general and am desperately trying to love golf so I can list that as my favorite sport instead of walking!
