About me
Come as you are. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel safe being your whole self—no judgment, just real connection. Together, we'll explore the tough parts of your life and uncover practical ways to heal and grow, helping you feel more grounded and present with those around you.
With over 25 years of experience as a social worker, I have assisted clients from diverse backgrounds. I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Couples Counseling, always using a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach. My clients appreciate the compassion and clarity I bring to our sessions, which makes them feel truly heard and understood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply searching for more meaning, I tailor therapy to you. I blend structure with warmth, laughter with insight, always focusing on your strengths. Let's work together to create a space where healing feels possible—and even a little bit joyful.
