About me
As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating the complexities of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and suicide aftercare. With a strong commitment to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, I work collaboratively with clients to help them find healing, resilience, and renewed hope.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 12 years. My goal is to empower individuals to reclaim their lives, strengthen their coping skills, and build meaningful connections through their healing journey. I use a variety of treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of each client. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which assists in the treatment of trauma and related emotional challenges. I enjoy working with clients of all ages.
